Cancel My Order

**During business hours, for the best chance of successful order cancellation, please call CUSTOMER SERVICE at 800-5543-1608 as soon as possible and press the appropriate prompt for CUSTOMER SERVICE. (Sales cannot assist)


Outside of calling, you can submit a cancellation request at by submitting a ticket request and choose “Cancel My Order” as the Subject.


Please note that we typically process orders quickly, and oftentimes outside of our normal Customer Care Center business hours. For this reason, most orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please consider this carefully. You are welcome to submit a cancellation request, and while we will make every effort to honor it, we cannot guarantee success.


  • If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your card will not be charged, but a fund authorization will hold until released by your bank.  


  • If you did not make the cancellation window, your order will ship out, but you can refuse the order upon delivery or send it back for a refund (shipping charges are not refundable) Please visit for complete instructions on how to return your order. When we receive it, we will process your refund, typically within 5-10 business days, and email you once the refund is complete.
