30-Day Guarantee on Factory Direct Orders
All Cobra products and accessories purchased factory direct are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not absolutely delighted with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.
If you feel that your purchase just isn't right for you, please fill out the form below to determine whether your item is eligible for a refund and initiate the return process. We will get back to you with return instructions as soon as possible. Refunds are typically issued 1–2 weeks from receipt.
Please note that return requests submitted outside of the 30-day guarantee period will not be honored.
Prepare Your Item for Return
- Obtain a return authorization number before shipping your product back and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
- All returns must include the original item in the condition in which it was received. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected and verified against our internal serial number records and the original sales order. Refunds will only be issued once this verification process is successfully completed.
- We are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a shipping service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS that offers insurance and tracking.
Important Notes
- Cobra does not refund shipping charges (for initial shipments or returns).
- Cobra does not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers or online sites.
- Items that do not match our records or are returned in altered or damaged condition may be denied a refund.
- The following bundled SKUs can only be returned as a complete bundle to qualify for a refund:

Marketplace and Retail Outlet Returns
All returns for merchandise purchased via retail outlets (in-store or online), or online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart must be returned to the retailer or marketplace in accordance with their policies, typically found on their website. These returns can usually be facilitated online via your order/account or by returning the merchandise to the store.
Only orders placed directly at Cobra.com or by calling our 800 number are eligible for return to our facility. To request a return for a Cobra.com order, please click Open Return Form below. Any returned merchandise that does not meet this criterion will be returned to sender.
