I not only need to be able to communicate with them, but also do the things required sr our base where my hands are busy. The headpiece allows me to multitask more easily. The only drawback is that when someone alerts me to a message, the sound in my ear is quiteğ loud. Unfortunately, the volume must be up in order to hear a transmission in a crowd. Other than that, I’m pleased with my purchase."
