"I received it and everything was OK but unfortunately, the same problem happened within the first week where the nut rattles itself off and I’m losing it. This is why I bought the replacement in the first place. I drive a F450 that may rattle more than most vehicles and that’s what is causing it to spin off. Is there a way that you can send me just the nut and I will glue it on once I tighten it. If not, I’m gonna have to order a whole new piece…."

"Mounting adhesive not efficient especially in hot weather. Device falls away from windscreen. Replacement part expensive. After a year of use I'm happy with the camera but I will be looking for a replacement for my new vehicle."

Hi Nick, Thanks for reaching out. Yes the SC200 and the SC400 use the same mounts and are interchangeable.
can the mount be inverted to attach to the dash instead of the windshield
Hi pjc2506, The mount can be inverted and mounted on your dash, but note that the video recorded and displayed on the screen will be upside down and can't be inverted.
