"Purchased the Roadtrip Antenna Kit alongside my Trailblazer 450 set and Cobras High-Gain Antenna. The purchase was part of the emergency communications system I’m building out for our family. This antenna allows you to take your TB250, TB450 or TB550 to new heights. Easily mount this to any vehicle you or a loved one are in and you’ll have instant comms in a road trip. Without adding a dedicated mobile unit. Truly exceptional product that takes modularity to the next level. I plan to purchase another Roadtrip Kit along with the Trailblazer 250’s particularly for a back up or to go comms for the kids in emergency given that you can utilize double a batteries while getting nearly all the important features in the 450s. Overall solid build and design that punches well above the standard. My only gripe is WHY (with this level of build quality) doesn’t cobra give us a solid mobile gmrs unit to drool over 😂. Definitely look forward to what cobra brings in the coming years."
