Does not work as is should

"I have been back-and-forth with Cobra since October 2025. The camera will shut off while driving after the auto-shutoff timer is reached,. (Easy enough to test, set the auto shutoff to 1 hour, and after 1 hour while driving the camera shuts off). Then, the camera will not turn on when the car is started - you have to either manually press the ON button, or disconnect and reconnect the power supply. Yes, all wires are properly connected. Cobra knows there is a problem, the red ACC wire should control camera operation. The hardware kit has been replaced. The camera was replaced. No improvement. This was supposed to have been escalated , but still no answer."

"Ordered these for new truck that did not have cig lighter, the instructions say if you want to have switched power and then nothing on how to wire this. Wiring it per the tags powers the system constantly which will drain your battery."
