If you feel that your purchase just isn't right for you, please fill out the form below to determine whether your item is eligible for a refund and initiate the return process. We will get back to you with return instructions as soon as possible. Refunds are typically issued 5-7 business days from receipt.

**Please be sure to obtain a return authorization number before shipping your product back and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
Cobra does not refund shipping charges (for initial shipments or returns).
We are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a shipping service such as UPS, Federal Express, or the United States postal service that offers insurance and tracking on shipments.
