Not a priority

"The items works, but your delivery system is subpar. I'm dealing with Cobra Canada, and you would assume that small parts like these would be held in storage in Canada. No! I ordered this item on 15 December 2025, and received it on 19 January 2026. I tracked shipping and it took for ever when in the US. When in Canada, within 3 days it was delivered. The use of US Priority mail service is a travesty. Regardless of time of the year, or environmental conditions, this item sat in the US way too long. I did my research and the Cobra 75 met my requirements. This item added to the set-up. The delivery system took away satisfaction. My suggestions: 1. Get a different delivery system. 2 Preposition a few parts in a Canadian office. Have a good day"

"Great power cord, does exactly what it should. I install the All road 75 for trips and remove it when Im back home and this is what I need to hook into a 12V outlet for power. However, it is a real slap in the customer's face that they just don't include this in the box and charge $5 more for the CB. This is $20 and they charge another $20 for shipping this small light object? Please. This is an obvious money grab. It does work fine though and they All Road 75 is an awesome system."
