"I've attempted to replace my pink mic for a month now and have been sent an entire unit (radio and mic) twice. I've spent over an hour and a half on the phone (most of the time on hold), will have made two trips to the UPS store once it's all said and done and am still waiting for my mic. I think Cobra should be thankful I'm an honest person or I would have had a whole new radio when I only asked for a mic to be replaced. Curtis has been very helpful but the whole situation has been disappointing and aggravating. I'm still waiting for a return label for the second mistakenly sent radio and have yet to receive my new mic which was promised today."
